CANCELLATION POLICY

At Umar InfoTech Private Limited, we understand that customers may sometimes need to cancel an order. We aim to make the cancellation process simple and transparent.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation of their order before the order has been dispatched.

To request cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible and provide your order number and relevant order details.

2. Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

In such cases, the customer may refuse delivery or follow our Refund & Return Policy, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

3. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers should contact us promptly if they wish to cancel an order before dispatch.

Repeated refusal of confirmed orders or misuse of the COD facility may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

4. Prepaid Orders

For orders paid in advance, cancellation requests received before dispatch may be eligible for a refund, subject to verification and applicable payment-processing requirements.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and payment service provider.

5. Cancellation by Umar InfoTech

Umar InfoTech Private Limited reserves the right to cancel an order where necessary, including in circumstances such as:

• Product unavailability

• Incorrect or inaccurate product pricing

• Incorrect or incomplete customer information

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity

• Failure to confirm a Cash on Delivery order

• Unavoidable operational or technical circumstances

If an order has already been paid for and is cancelled by us, any eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable refund procedure.

6. How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible and provide:

• Order number

• Customer name

• Phone number used for the order

• Reason for cancellation

We will review the request and confirm whether the order can be cancelled.
